Am tracking my runs. Why do I run? To keep myself sane, keep my temper in check and to lose weight.
I love working out & I love prepping healthy meals. This is like my sanctuary where I can talk about my 2 loves! Besides having a husband to take care of & my day job to see to, I see this as an extension of myself! I love all things health & fitness related & harbour a secret dream of becoming a health food nut & athlete! 🙂
