Running YEsterday

 

Felt a bit exhausted yesterday so just did a session of Body Combat, skipped Body Pump & went to work.  Had 2 peanut butter & 1 tuna cracker sandwiches for lunch and did a 5k run after coming back with hubs. The run did help clear my mind & made me feel loads better.

Rest day today & healthy eats all the way! 🙂
