Happy New Year! It has been some time since I’ve posted but I’m not neglecting my fitness!
Work has become tougher, have had a tough week last week, so right now I’m just gaining sanity and strength from workouts!
Rundown of workouts last week:
Tues-Jillian Michael’s 30 day challenge
This week, I started with 5 k run on the treadmill, 31mins 28 secs, a tad slower than usual.
But shredded the treadmill to gain positivity and strength from the abuse I got last week from work!!
