My whole life feels like it’s falling apart slowly. Things that are making me fall apart:
1) my work comp is trashed.
2) my projects
3) balancing work & housework
4) holding everything together.
How how how??
Right now only running & working out are my antidotes to all these. I wake up so exhausted these days.
But I must must must be strong!!Get myself some needed positivity!
Ok stop thinking; start doing.
